Orders & Shipment


You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the tracking information for your package.


Once an order is submitted we are unable to change or cancel the order. If you have additional questions about your order, please contact us by email at pompomandpuffin@gmail.com.


We make every effort to ship your order within 72 hours of receiving it. If you require expedited shipping you may request this by emailing us and entering your order number and your request.

Within Singapore:

Our normal delivery service within Singapore is carried out by Aramex and you should normally receive your shipment within 1 or 2 working days from date of posting.

International shipping:

We offer two options for international shipments:

Standard Shipping

We use Singapore SpeedPost for recorded delivery. Normal shipping times vary from 5 to 10 working days. 

Express Shipping

We use Aramex for express shipments worldwide. Shipping times vary from 2 to 5 working days.

Delivery times vary depending upon where in the world the package is being shipped and may take an additional 1 to 3 days for customs processing at the destination.

Please note that the receiver is responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments that fall due at the destination. Accurate invoices and customs documentation will be included with all international orders.

Refusal of delivery and address accuracy

If you refuse delivery of any order you placed it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure your address is entered correctly as we cannot be responsible for packages shipped to addresses entered incorrectly while placing your order. If the parcel is returned to us you will receive a refund for the merchandise, but tax paid but shipping charges are non-refundable.
